More Than a Place to Cool Off
For a lot of Central Florida families, the pool is the most-used room of the house. Pool fitness and wellness design starts from that idea. Instead of treating the pool as one open basin, we plan it as a set of spaces: somewhere to move, somewhere to soak, and somewhere to sit and do nothing at all. Each one is placed with the others in mind, so the whole yard works together.
Blue Dream Pools has designed and built custom pools since 2004. Every feature on this page is planned during design, before anything is dug, so it fits your lot, your routine and the way your family uses the backyard.
Features We Design In
Built-in pool exercise equipment
Hayward’s Aguagevity® system adds a low-profile anchor to the pool wall for resistance bands and a Swim-In-Place Belt. Low-impact, and ready whenever you are. Hayward lists Aguagevity® for pools with a gunite shell and a plaster finish, and we plan it during new construction. Learn about Aguagevity® in-pool fitness by Hayward.
Spas
Raised spas, spillover spas and spas set beside the fitness area, so you can train and then unwind. Browse spas we have built.
Cold plunge
A cold plunge can be planned into the same design, with its own place in the yard.
Seating and shallow zones
Benches, sun shelves and shallow areas that make the pool comfortable to spend time in, not just swim across.
Light, water and fire
LED lighting, water features and fire features that set the mood after dark.
Hayward automation
Lights, heat and pumps you can control from your phone, so everything is ready when you step outside.
Planned From the First Sketch
Fitness and wellness features work best when they are part of the plan from day one. At your Free Design Consultation we ask how you want to use the pool, then work out where each feature goes: the wall space and depth a fitness anchor needs, where a spa catches the evening light, and how the deck connects it all. As a Florida certified pool and spa contractor (CPC1460083), we prepare the plans and handle the permit, and one project manager stays with you from design through start-up.
Pool Fitness & Wellness Across Central Florida
Central Florida’s pool season runs most of the year, so a new pool can do more than cool you off. We design pool exercise equipment and spas into custom in-ground pools for homeowners across the region:
- Orlando and Lake Nona: a built-in Aguagevity® anchor for resistance bands and swimming in place, planned with your spa and sun shelf.
- Winter Garden and Horizon West: close to our downtown Winter Garden showroom, where your Free Design Consultation is by appointment.
- Windermere and Dr. Phillips: backyard wellness layouts that give a fitness zone, a spa and seating their own space.
- Clermont and Lake County: low-impact training at home with Hayward’s Aguagevity® system.
- Oviedo and Seminole County: pool fitness features planned into a new pool from the first sketch.
We also build across Osceola, Sumter and Marion counties. Call (407) 905-2704 or book a Free Design Consultation.
