Custom Gunite Pools for Four Corners Homes
Four Corners takes its name from the spot where Lake, Orange, Osceola and Polk counties meet, and the area has grown faster than almost anywhere in Florida. Its population more than doubled between the 2010 and 2020 censuses. Along US 27 and US 192 you find new family neighborhoods, vacation homes near the attractions and established communities to the west. Many of those homes were built without a pool, or with a basic builder pool that the owners now want to replace with something better.
Blue Dream Pools has designed and built custom gunite pools since 2004 from our showroom in downtown Winter Garden. We are a Florida certified pool and spa contractor, license CPC1460083. Call (407) 905-2704.
What We Build in Four Corners
Custom gunite pools and spas, sun shelves and beach entries, water and fire features, color LED lighting, screen-enclosure-ready layouts and complete decks in pavers, natural stone, concrete or turf. We also renovate existing pools, from new finishes and tile to complete redesigns. See why homeowners choose Blue Dream Pools.
Designing for Four Corners Lots and Lifestyles
The lots here are as varied as the area. Newer neighborhoods often have compact rear yards with tight setbacks and drainage easements, so we design the pool, spa and deck to fit the allowable space rather than squeezing a standard shape in. Some lots have sandy, well-drained soil and some elevation to work with, while lower lots near wetlands and retention ponds need a check on the seasonal water table and a hydrostatic relief valve.
Plenty of homes in Four Corners are second homes or short-term rentals as well as full-time residences. For those we talk about durable interior finishes, automation you can monitor remotely, safety features and a layout that works for groups. For full-time families, the brief is usually a big sun shelf, a spa and a shaded place to sit.
Permits in Four Corners: It Depends on Your Address
Four Corners spans four counties, so the permit office for your pool depends on the county your parcel is in. Blue Dream Pools confirms the right office for your property, prepares the permit package, pulls the permit and schedules the inspections.
Pool Ideas for Four Corners Backyards
Families often want a generous sun shelf with in-pool loungers, a spa with a spillover into the main pool and a deep enough area for swimming. For homes that host guests, a wider deck, a bench along the shallow end and good night lighting make the pool usable well after dark. Where the yard backs to a preserve or pond, an open view with low-profile lighting and a fire bowl turns the edge of the lot into the best seat at the house. We work through the options in detailed design so you can see the whole yard before deciding.
